USA Training Company Inc. began as a partnership between Janis Helm Cartwright and Phil H. Ward when they became Co-owners of the Academy of Real Estate in 1981. The Academy had been teaching real estate classes since 1975. As operations expanded, owners Cartwright and Ward created USA Training Company Inc. in 1990 to consolidate their statewide operations.

Accredited by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), USA offers CORE courses which satisfy pre-license and broker requirements, salesman annual renewal and Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE).
